Why it's a Worcester thing
The Worcester County Mechanics Association put up this Main Street hall in 1857, and it has been the city's living room ever since: concerts, speeches, graduations and the odd wedding.
Inside sits the 1864 Hook organ, 3,504 pipes and still the original. Wear the facade; leave the pipe count to the tour guide.
